All my released plugins will only ever be compatible with the latest stable release, that being the 2.9 branch.

The new version should have the same feature set as the old version, plus more.

I am using WP 2.8. For this facility, do I need to upgrade? When I upgrade, will the features of the old get incorporated in the updated version?

Cheers :) For anyone who's having trouble with the plural forms, i'm looking into it, i used the wrong function (context instead of domain) in one location.. But, there seems to be something else wrong. an updated pot can be downloaded from http://svn.wp-plugins.org/revision-control/trunk/langs/revision-control.pot for now, i'm having someone take a look at it and verify its working properly before sending out an email
